mission
is to assist people in economic and social need, particularly through development cooperation and humanitarian aid in Romania and abroad. To achieve this mission, the organization focuses on the following objectives:

The organization supports education and employment programs. In these fields, our activities target some key moments in the students' educational journey:
1. career guidance and counseling, following the transition from secondary school to high school/professional schools;
2. information, counseling and job mediation, following the transition from professional schools to the first job;
3. advocacy in the field of education, regarding the School after School program, career counseling and professional education.
HEKS EPER collaborates with local and international partners to develop sustainable and effective solutions to social and economic problems faced by the communities.
HEKS EPER works to support communities to develop their resources and capacity to provide for their own needs, thereby promoting sustainable development.
The organization promotes and protects human rights, including the rights of minorities and the vulnerable, as well as the rights to food, water and health.
