From Education to Decent Work, Sibiu county

As an overall objective, the project works thus towards a situation where socially disadvantaged young adults, including those from Roma communities, have better access to decent work.

Outcome 1

More socially disadvantaged young people make the transition to professional or higher education.

Outcome 2

More socially disadvantaged graduates of professional schools are able to enter the formal labour market and stay longer at their jobs.
