Labour-market inclusion for disadvantaged young adults in Romania – phase 2 (2023-2025)

Overall Objective: The project works towards a situation where socially disadvantaged young adults, including those from Roma communities, have better access to decent work.

Outcome 1

More socially disadvantaged young people make the transition to professional or higher education

Outcome 2

More socially disadvantaged graduates of professional schools are able to enter the formal labour market and stay longer at their jobs

Target Group

The target groups are students and young adults from socially disadvantaged groups, including Roma, from Covasna, Mures (finalizing the 2022-2023 school year) and Alba (starting with 2023-2024 school year) counties:
