On 15 January, ๐๐๐๐/๐๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ข๐ organized a dedicated ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ within the IMMERSED project, framed by โEnsuring Mental Wellbeing in Relation to the Future โ Sustainable Employment and Integration into Local Communities.โ
Facilitated by our trainer, Elena Florentina Creศu, the session explored ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ข๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐, highlighting good practices such as inclusive onboarding, multilingual policies, peer mentoring, and intercultural training. Participants also reflected on the organizational benefits of inclusive approaches (stronger retention, resilience, reputation, and social cohesion) and on ๐๐โ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ย as a driver of ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง and ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ in human capital.
We were pleased to welcome Tetiana Tokioi, Masterโs student in ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, certified ๐๐จ๐๐๐ก and ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ, who delivered a session on ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐๐. Her contribution covered conflict dynamics, escalation models, practical tools for managers, and key research insights, with case studies and reflections on the labor market integration of Ukrainian refugees in Romania.
The training offered participants practical insights and reflective tools, reinforcing the importance of wellbeing-centered, inclusive HR practices in workplaces.
