Steps/stages of the information, counselling, and mediation process. Topics covered in counselling with students from target groups (e.g., personality tests, labour market integration, financial education, job description, and contract details, etc.). Motivating young people for labour market insertion. Effective practices in mediation and employment. Relationship with companies;
The sustainability of activities in our projects.
We agreed that such events are extremely valuable and beneficial, providing an opportunity to pause and learn collectively. The event facilitated not only the sharing of best practices but also discussions about current challenges and the identification of new solutions. Through collaboration, teams had the opportunity to transfer skills and expertise, and the relationships formed will continue to bring benefits to future initiatives.
