  • HEKS/EPER Romania at the “Partnership for the Future” Conference

On 22 May 2026, HEKS EPER Foundation participated in the closing conference of the project “Partnership for the Future: Strengthening Civic Dialogue in the Field of Training and Employment”, organized by the Civitas Foundation. The event brought to the forefront an essential question: how can NGOs influence the future of work and contribute to adapting the labor market to the real needs of communities?

Throughout the conference, the results of the project Partnership for Employment 2.0 were presented, an initiative dedicated to strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations to support inclusion through employment and training, as well as their involvement in civic dialogue. The project aimed to develop services for NGOs, training sessions, workshops, exchange visits, and the creation of a network of organizations active in the field of employment and training.

For us, this participation was an important opportunity to support the role of civil society organizations in building more inclusive, more flexible, and more people-centered solutions. We believe that the partnership between NGOs, public authorities, and the private sector remains essential for a more equitable future of work, one that is better adapted to current challenges.

We thank the organizers for the invitation and for creating a space for dialogue, reflection, and collaboration.
