HEKS / EPER Romania Foundation welcomes its new Desk Officer – pioneer for the Humanitarian Aid division
In the context of expanding its activities, HEKS / EPER Romania Foundation welcomed its first member of the Humanitarian Aid division as Desk Officer on February 1st, thus opening the way to new horizons in the field of emergency humanitarian aid.
The implementation of the new Humanitarian Aid division in Cluj comes from the desire to transfer the main operational components in humanitarian aid and emergency assistance from the current HEKS / EPER Switzerland structure.
The Desk Officer will be primarily responsible for supporting the ECHO-funded HEKS Foundation operations in the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo). A development and skills transfer plan has already been initiated.
In this regard, the recruitment process continues with the opening of three new positions in the Humanitarian Aid division for which applications are open throughout the month of February:
