HEKS/EPER Romania Teambuilding – April 2025, Baia Sprie

On April 3–4, 2025, the HEKS/EPER Romania team came together in Baia Sprie for two days filled with learning, connection, and inspiration. 

We started with engaging sessions on Field Security, the Code of Conduct, and Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanisms (FCRM) – key topics that strengthen the way we work and help ensure accountability, transparency, and engagement with the communities we serve. 

The second day brought us even closer to one another – and to local traditions – through creative hands-on workshops in bread kneading and shaping and pottery, where we not only picked up new skills, but also uncovered the artistic sides of our colleagues. 

We also had the chance to explore Baia Mare, guided by our Country Director, who is originally from the area – a relaxed walk that connected us with the city’s history and charm. 

It was a team-building experience that strengthened our connections and reminded us of the importance of working together to achieve our shared goals. Thank you all for your dedication and enthusiasm!
