HEKS/EPER Romania Teambuilding – November 2025, Ogra 

At the end of last week, the HEKS/EPER Romania team came together for our autumn teambuilding, held on 20–21 November in Ogra. These were two days dedicated to learning, reflection, and strengthening collaboration within the team. 

The program included essential training sessions for our work: a First Aid Training with practical exercises and guidance on how to respond correctly in emergency situations, as well as a GDPR Training that once again highlighted the importance of data protection and responsibility in our daily activities. These sessions reinforce the standards of safety, professionalism, and accountability that underpin all our interventions. 

The program was complemented by team-building activities that helped strengthen cooperation, improve mutual understanding, and create a relaxed setting for meaningful interaction. We are grateful for the dedication and energy of each team member!
