HEKS International Division Forum 2017

In September 2017, HEKS/EPER Romania’s representative participated at the HEKS International Division Forum (ID Forum).

This event gathers HEKS’ management from Switzerland and all around the world, giving opportunity to in depth discussions and mutual learning.

This year’s four chosen topics were: Access to Land, Inclusive Markets, Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA), Management.

At the Inclusive Markets topic, HEKS/EPER Romania presented the Employment&Income component of the Roma Inclusion Project. Two study cases have been presented: increasing chances for employment through job mediation and access to financial resources (micro-credit) for Roma entrepreneurs, using a Risk Fund.
