HEKS Teambuilding, November 2024

At the end of November, the HEKS/EPER Romania team came together for a memorable teambuilding experience.

We reflected on our achievements and lessons learned in 2024, engaged in internal feedback exercises, and enjoyed the beauty and traditions of the mountain village of Biertan in Sibiu County. Snow, games, and a treasure hunt added to the experience, and even the challenges with the power network brought us closer together, keeping our enthusiasm and positive energy alive.

We are grateful for this extraordinary team and proud of everything we accomplished together in 2024. We look forward to 2025 with confidence, knowing that together we are stronger and ready for new projects!
