The job mediation team of the “Social inclusion and improvement of living conditions for Roma and other vulnerable groups in the counties Mures, Cluj, Bihor, Alba, Covasna, Salaj and Harghita” project had a meeting on the 6th of December 2018.
Job mediation services are carried out in Cluj, Mures and Bihor counties. The meeting was an opportunity for the job mediation team members to exchange experiences and to present the activities and results from September-November 2018. In this period, 188 people were informed about job opportunities, 176 were counseled and for 71 meetings with potential employers were mediated. Based on discussions with the business community, an increase in the number of job vacancies is expected in the spring of 2019.
