This fall, local working group meetings on Vocational and Technical Education (VTE) took place, organized in collaboration with the Romanian Center for European Policies (CRPE), a collaborator of HEKS/EPER Romania.
The meetings were held between October 24 and November 5, 2025, across the three partner counties: Covasna (October 24), Alba (November 4), and Sibiu (November 5).

Gheorghe Christian Foundation, Orthodox Philantropy Alba Iulia Association, and Orthodox Philantropy Sibiu Association – along with representatives of partner vocational high schools, county school inspectorates, and collaborating companies from the region.
During the meetings, CRPE provided several updates and analyses on current policies and strategic projects in the VTE field, including:
Participants also took part in an active debate on these current VTE topics, particularly on unclear aspects and challenges in implementing the new methodologies. To clarify these issues, CRPE and HEKS/EPER Romania proposed organizing an online roundtable with a Q&A session, involving representatives from CNDIPT and the Ministry of Education.
