Employment project 2019-2022

Labour-market inclusion for disadvantaged young adults in Romania

Starting November 2019, HEKS/EPER Romania Foundation is implementing the “Labour-market inclusion for disadvantaged young adults in Romania” project, in collaboration with FAER Foundation Reghin and Christian Foundation Diakonia Sfantu Gheorghe.

As an overall objective, the project works towards a situation where vulnerable young adults, including those from Roma communities, have better access to decent work.

In order to achieve this, the project addresses the employability of young adults on the one hand, while on the other hand sensitizing employers and strengthening the links between employers, job seekers and professional schools.
