Special visit from our Ukrainian Response partner – NCA
During 23rd-25th of May 2022, a commission from Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) in Norway, led by Mr. Dagfinn Høybråten, the Secretary General, together with Danielle Preiss, Humanitarian Aid Officer, met with the HEKS team that is responsible for the project that benefits the Ukrainian refugees in Romania.
The highlights were the visits to the refugees’ centers in Bucharest, Iași, Chernihiv and overseeing the activities that are taking place in Suceava.
The discussions with the refugees and our partners regarded both the activities that have taken place to the present moment, and the necessary adjustments that need to be made based on the fluctuation of refugees and their needs.
