A higher number of vocational school graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds are able to access and retain formal employment in the long term.

• Output 2.1: Linkage between potential employers (local companies and the public sector) and vocational school graduates is strengthened, leading to job opportunities for vulnerable youth.
• Output 2.2: Employers improve their capacity to support the integration of socially disadvantaged employees through mentor training and adapted induction/HR processes.
• Output 2.3: Vocational schools enhance their collaboration with the private sector and better prepare students to meet labor market demands.
