Beneficiaries and Target Groups

The target groups/final beneficiaries are students and young adults from socially disadvantaged groups, including Roma, in Sibiu County:

• 7^th and 8^th grade students as target group for school and career counselling, as well as tutoring. Services will be provided to 1.000 socially disadvantaged students.
• Socially disadvantaged girls and boys in 4^th to 6^th grade. A total of 720 students (360 girls and 360 boys) will benefit from counseling to support their continued education.
• Teachers and/or other school staff (e.g. psychologists, school counsellors) from vocational schools as a target group for capacity building in career counselling and orientation, inclusive education, and specific methods to support socially disadvantaged students. A total of 100 teachers and other school staff will be trained or counselled by the end of the project.
• 10^th and 11^th grade students from vocational schools as the target group for information, counselling, and job mediation. 1.000 young adults (approximately 700 from 11^th grade students and 300 from 10^th grade students) will benefit from these services.
• Employers/HR specialists as target group for job mediation, sensitization, and training on integrating disadvantaged employees and managing diversity. At least 40 company representatives will attend the training sessions.
