On 21 February 2026, HEKS/EPER Romania organized an on-site training in Cluj-Napoca on Employment Sustainability within the IMMERSED project, bringing together 15 Ukrainians interested in strengthening their long-term employment prospects in Romania.
Valentin Filip, our expert trainer, facilitated sessions focused on preparing for employment, effective workplace communication, motivation & self-management, as well as understanding employment contracts and Romanian labour law.
Tetiana Tokioi, conflict management expert, led a dedicated session on conflict resolution, helping participants better understand constructive responses to criticism, emotional regulation, and resilience in challenging situations.
The training combined theory with practice. Participants developed their individual professional development plans, worked in groups to define the provisions of an “ideal employment contract,” and engaged in interactive Q&A discussions. The day concluded with the awarding of certificates of attendance.
Through practical tools and open dialogue, we continue to support meaningful and sustainable access to employment.
