Trainings in companies within HOPE project

In June 2020, training activities from HOPE project included four meetings of HEKS Romania Foundation’s experts with a company producing plastic components by injection. Participants were: two human resources specialists and ten middle management representatives.

The meetings aimed, on one side, to present some practical aspects of the Guide developed within HOPE project, regarding employees’ motivation and on the other side, to prepare the next phase. In the next phase recommendations will be put into practice by following several HR processes within the company. The participants appreciated the workshops, stating that practical aspects regarding colleagues’ and subordinates’ motivation were well addressed.
