Communication Officer – Part-Time, 50%
The COMUNICATION OFFICER is the main point of contact for communication for HEKS/EPER Romania Office, HQ and external communication. This person will be in regular contact with the focal point on Communication HQ level to ensure procedures are done according to HEKS/EPER guidelines.
Duration: 12 months with possibility to prolong
Main Responsibilities:
Communication
- Proof-read for the received materials and post relevant updates on Heks/Eper Romania website and on other communication channels.
- Create social media posts for all relevant channels e.g.
- Short Interview with staff
- Short Videos during field visits
- Relevant reposts and news to follow-up
- Follow-up on
- specific requests related to project reporting
- communication requests on social media
Competencies:
- Previous experience in the NGO field and international environment is an advantage
- A degree/ experience in communication and marketing would be advantageous.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to oversee several projects at once
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Strong inclination for customer service
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Creative thinking
- Proper compositional practices
- Good with numbers and calculations
- Excellent time management skills
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent use of MS Office Suite
- Clean driving license
- Advanced level of English
