Job Announcement: Office Administrator, Humanitarian Aid, Romania, Part-Time
We are looking for a Part-Time (4 hours) Office Administrator based in Cluj-Napoca.
The ideal candidate:
Are you highly organized and communicative? Do words come easily to you? Do you know English very well? Are you interested in a part-time job? We are looking for a colleague for a time limited project (6 months). If your answer to these questions is yes, you have almost won us over!
What we look for in a successful candidate:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Romanian.
- A university degree.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills, familiarity with office organization, flexibility, ability to manage work independently but also as part of a team, diplomacy, time management skills, tolerance in the workplace, great communication skills, transparency and trustworthiness, mental stability & emotional balance, attitude-behavior consistency and resistance to effort and stress.
- Previous work or volunteer work in an NGO is a great advantage.
Your main responsibilities:
- Write new project proposals.
- Write new partnership agreements.
- Keep all the paperwork organized.
- Make arrangements for field trips, events, trainings (book accommodation, prepare schedules, design Power Point presentations, and other materials).
- Request monthly situation reports from partners, compile the information and disseminate it to donors.
