The trade sector – the main employer in the Ţara Năsăudului LAG.

Within the project “Integrated social services for the communities of the Țara Nasăudului LAG” following the first 2 months of direct labor mediation activity, 60% of the jobs were in the retail and wholesale trade sectors.

From the six training groups, for the following qualifications: Cook, Pastry Chef, Car Mechanic, Carer for the elderly, Textile worker and Commercial worker, the first 15 employments were predominantly in the commercial sector, followed by the public sector, the manufacture of fresh bakery products, assistance specialized medical, bars and other service activities and the manufacture of brooms and brushes.

The collective meetings for the presentation of employment opportunities and the evaluation of the professional plans of the people participating in the course also revealed the interest of inactive people from the Țara Nasăudului LAG for entrepreneurial activities but also for activities that allow the necessary flexibility to be able to manage household tasks as well , aspect invoked mainly by women.

The mediation activity continues as the qualification courses come to an end, through individual meetings with graduates to assess the career path and prepare CVs and cover letters but also through meetings with local employers.
