• Output 1.2: School staff (counselors, psychologists, teachers) strengthen their capacity to provide career counselling and mentoring to socially disadvantaged students.
• Output 1.3: Girls and boys from socially disadvantaged backgrounds complete secondary education and continue with professional or university studies.
• Output 1.4: students in 7^th and 8^th grade improve their academic performance.
