During the last months, in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the activities with the collaborating companies within HOPE project were implemented mainly online.
The report based on the first round of questionnaires applied in the collaborating companies was presented by HEKS/EPER Romania Foundation’s experts to managers and Human Resources representatives. The companies are interested to continue collaboration, through the trainings, when the Guide on Roma Inclusion Post-employment will be presented as a working tool for specialists from the Human Resources department and middle managers.
